Hi! My name is Jeff Kao and I am a UX designer working for Riot
Games based in Los Angeles, CA.

I feel very fortunate that I discovered experience design in
college and have spent the last 10+ years in the design field
split between working in agencies and in-house. Some of my more
memorable companies are Motorola, Allstate Insurance, Cars.com,
and Cramer-Krasselt.

Currently, I’m the Lead UX Designer on one of several R&D
teams dedicated to developing new games for Riot. It is a
fascinating role where we take different systems & mechanics
and try to craft an awesome game out of it.
