James DeMorrow.

It's hard enough starting a company - 20% of new businesses fail
during the first two years of being open, 45% during the first
five years, and 65% during the first 10 years. Only 25% of new
businesses make it to 15 years or more (Investopedia). Starting a
company at the ripe age of 19 lowers those percentages by a
significant amount.

We talk with James about the challenges he's faced thus far, his
development as an entrepreneur from a young age, and the
crossover from sports to business. One common theme in this
interview is his ability to take actionable steps towards a
desired outcome, regardless of the discomfort involved.
