Today I am talking with Lisa Wise, President and Co-Founder of
Nest DC, Roost DC and Starling DC. Lisa spoke at PM Grow Summit
in 2017 and will be speaking at PM Grow Summit 2019 this year as

Roost DC began in January of 2015 and is one of only a handful of
employee-owned management companies in the country.


Nest DC manages residential rental units throughout the
Washington, DC area. Nest is also a licensed general contractor
through Starling DC, which works in design and renovation.
