sadness) and the craziness in the recent news. AJ admits to her
fear of flying and is pleasantly surprised during the episode
while checking her phone (no, she isn't a millennial but checks
her phone like one). Marcy and AJ also discuss depression, how it
has affected them and AJ's feeling of impending doom … Marcy
plays her usual "Dr. Phil" and breaks out the therapy exercises.
