Today we have special guest Camille Martin on the podcast.
Camille is a registered dietician and public health writer. Her
own history with dieting was an important factor in how she
landed in her current career, where she tells women how they can
lose weight without dieting. Because of her difficult past with
the diet industry she has strong feelings about the problems that
can result from diet culture. Listen to her conversation with
