Would you talk about a friend the way you talk about yourself?
What are you speaking into existence, and is that the reality you
want for you? Let’s change the dialogue.

Along with that, women are saying sorry way too often. It’s
widely known that women tend to apologize more often than men,
and we have the tendency of putting ourselves down when we make a
mistake OR to try to bring someone else up. We are here to say-
you do not need to lower yourself to lift a friend. Tune into
this weeks episode of The Thick Thighs Save Lives Podcast to
learn WHY you might be putting yourself down, how to stop saying
sorry, and how you can start building yourself up as well as
teach the other women in your life how to work on their self
talk.
