Recently we celebrated our 10 Year Birthday as a company, and we
are so thankful for a community that saw the vision we did and
showed up for it. What makes CVG so special and how did we get
here? We live by “Ready, Aim, Fire”. 


We are a company run by friends and family, and love what we do
so much our jobs come NATURALLY to us. Does this mean that it
isn’t hard? Absolutely not. There are still plenty of tough days,
but nothing worth having comes easy. Tune into this episode to
