#8 - Osteopathy & Infinite Possibilities - Leigh Townsend

In today’s episode I got to interview this amazing woman called
Leigh Townsend. She’s from New Zealand but lives in Antigua.
Leigh is an osteopath, masseuse and a yoga instructor and works
on super yachts all around the world. We talked about what it
means to be an osteopath, how she ended up studying osteopathy
and how this form of treatment can help people. We talked about
how to follow your intuition and your dreams, and why it is so
important to breathe deeply into our stomachs. Leigh is extremely
