There are many different reasons why people have trouble sleeping
at night but very often is because of spinning thoughts! If
you're one of those people that can't sleep at night because your
mind is racing I have some good news for you! You're just about
to learn a super simple but very effective technique that will
not only help you release your thoughts but also give you more
peaceful dreams and sleep at night. I learned this technique when
I was in India in 2016 and have used it ever since whenever I
have trouble with falling asleep. Many of my close friends who
have been struggling with insomnia for years are now sleeping at
night because of this technique!
