spinning thoughts when all you want to do is to go to
sleep? Does it often take a very long time before you fall
sleep? Do you often have intense nightmares and crazy
dreams that make you feel unrested in the morning? If you can say
yes to just one of these questions then this guided meditation is
probably for you.
I learned this meditation / sleeping technique when I was in
India at a yoga & meditation school in 2016. The technique is
really simple yet very effective and it has helped so many people
sleep well at night. Try it out and maybe it will help you too.
