004 - Special Edition - Shooting…from the Heart

On a special edition of Magic Carpet Cast, Gemma, an NYC native
who’s son is a cop, takes the opportunity to use her voice to
help us navigate the dramatic shift in society that is the Black
Lives Matter movement. Gemma and Michael take the carpet on a
deeper plunge to visit some highly energetically charged and
often harder-to-discuss topics around race and inequality. Gemma
provides us with guidance on how to focus and band together as a
human race, and shares how we can use energy to channel rage into
compassion, solve systemic racism, and take “inspired action” to
create the change we want to see in the world.
