Episode #5: Harmonious HMOs, with the HMO Landlady

HMOs are all the rage at the moment, so I was very excited to
snag HMO Landlady for a podcast interview. She's been running
HMOs since before they became the investment du jour, and some of
the stories she shares on her blog should be required reading for
anyone who's thinking about going down that route.


I also talk about what it means to be a good landlord, and why
it's important to be one - even if only for purely
self-interested reasons. There's also a plug for a certain
