Everyone's talking about HMOs at the moment, but Neil Mansell has
based his entire investing career around them. He recently wrote
a document outlining his process behind researching and buying
properties in his area that could work as HMOs, so I had to get
him on the show to share his advice.


Then, at the end of the show, I share two of my tips for dealing
with email overload. Because you need to be out there doing deals
rather than sitting at home writing emails, right?
