Nick Stott runs an estate and lettings agency, as well as being a
property investor himself.


He bought his first property with his student loan whilst at
university, remortgaged it, and bought four more properties. When
the property bubble burst, Nick began running his own estate
agency and now manages 150 rental properties as well as building
up his own portfolio.
