A large part of the country is currently struggling from
devastating flooding after Hurricane Helene left a path of
destruction starting in Florida and stretching all the way up to
the Carolinas. The death toll continues to rise above one hundred,
millions are without power and as the flood waters recede residents
of many towns are seeing piles of peoples' homes and belongings
that were washed away. Over thirty people have lost their lives in
Buncombe County, North Carolina which includes the city of
Asheville which is still under feet of murky flood waters. FOX’s
Eben Brown speaks with Mark Starling, morning host at FOX Radio
Affiliate WWNC in Asheville, North Carolina, who describes the
destruction he has seen and shares stories of survival and heroism.
