Hurricane Milton made landfall in Florida early this morning, with
experts forecasting the aftermath could be especially devastating
in the Sunshine State. Meanwhile, North Carolinians are still
suffering after Hurricane Helene, whose destruction has made
recovery efforts especially challenging. As Americans brace for the
soon-needed emergency recovery efforts, some have raised questions
about whether FEMA has the funds to help. North Carolina
