Mayor Bartie and Council Member Donald Frank disrespects EDC
director Floyd Batiste.
In the ongoing saga to change the EDC from a Type A to Type B at
the 33:40 mark Bartie tells EDC Director that he didnt want his
opinion after Mr. Batiste stated he feels that the EDC should
stay a Type 4A. What's sad is Mayor Bartie and Frank disrespects
Floyd, who is Black. They gave much respect to the White attorney
that was talking. They didn't treat him like Mr. Batiste.
