feel it's necessary to use tax payers’s dollars to go take a
BASIC course to learn about the Economic Development Center(EDC).
Despite council member Marks, Moses, and Holmes have all served
on the EDC and have a capable EDC staff that has ALREADY given
them a presentation on whether to change the EDC from type A to
type B.  These dumb ass council member will do ANYTHING to
avoid fixing streets, water, garbage service, and anything else
concerning the city. They are quick to show off some bullcrap
award whose sole purpose is to make them look important. But when
you go to council and ask them about the trips they refuse to
talk to citizens about it.  This is a rogue and incompetent
council. All of them need to go. Why would council members that
already served on the EDC board need to go to a BASIC course on
how the EDC operates? This council is ass-backward.
