Misinformation on EDC training presented by Frank Garza on July
21, 21. Frank Garza is from San Antonio, he was the interim EDC
attorney misrepresented Type A and Type B EDC.  Despite this
training AND an EDC joint meeting that was done on Mayor Bartie's
birthday council STILL wants to go on a 3 day trip to Round Rock
to learn EDC basics. They will deliberately lie to you to burn
off tax dollars in this city. Council Member Ingrid Holmes says
at the end of this training that things were cleared up for her
and she too went to other EDC training while on the board. So Im
trying to figure out what training do the council need because
they understand the difference between a type a and type B.
