Mayor Bartie claims progress from previous city council  





Mayor Bartie is on another crazy rant where it appears he might
be under the influence of something. Its my opinion because of
the lies he's telling and the way he is acting. He claiming his
progress is the emergency management response. He had no
implementation into the plan because its something that's always
been in place and recertified after Derrick Freeman screwed up
the last response. He has no shame on who's achievements he will
