Drainage Exposed 2: Was the Drainage Project Sabotaged?  


Previous council (2018) set a blueprint for drainage projects
that had a collaboration with DD7, engineers, COPA, and Colonial
Pipeline. Projects were either funded through FEMA if possible,
or through Capital Improvement Projects. Either way projects
should have started mid 2019. Project delays and lies about
funding during council and Mayor Bartie's hatred for the city
purchasing property for the retention pond leads citizens to
believe that drainage project was sabotaged.
