Real Estate Conflict of Interest in Port Arthur It’s alleged that
Charlotte Moses been using the council for personal gain with her
real estate company that she works for. She votes to change a
contract so Legacy CDC can purchase property from her via Freeman
Properties. This is a clear violation. Moses understands this is
a violation because after she votes on the contract. She tries to
abstain herself on another vote that comes up with her company
being on a list to be used by the COPA in future real estate
deals. Other candidates like Ms Beckcom have her real estate
license without using entering local politics. She is also
endorsed by an area real estate organization and It gives
