Morgane Michael, the creator of the research-based,
not-for-profit Small Act Big Impact 21-day Kindness initiative,
joins us for a conversation on KINDNESS and the impact it has on
all of our lives. She is also the host and producer of the
Kindsight 101 Podcast.


Morgane is the mother of 2 young children, a wife, speaker,
educator and author and she believes that infusing intentional
kindness and empathy into schools, workplaces, and communities,
can be the catalyst for positive change.


In this episode, Morgane takes us on a journey of the senses,
clearly explaining why KINDNESS is an integral part of our
humanity and can help us resolve so many of the 'not good'
feelings we encounter on a daily basis. Her goal is to help
everyone integrate kindness practices into their communities and
