Suzy Clausen; a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and an
Advisor at BenefitBump.


Suzy has spent nearly her entire career focused on workplace
mental health and has consulted on the topic with dozens of
employers such as Caterpillar, HP, PwC, DaVita, Blackbaud, and
more.


Suzy is a gifted, compassionate individual who believes
businesses can improve the wellbeing of their workforce by what
she calls ‘humanizing mental health’.


She writes and speaks globally to awaken employers to the
importance of cultivating purpose in life and at work to drive
better health outcomes.


After overcoming her own mental health struggles, it’s become
part of her mission to help people out of the dark by shining
light on their purpose.


Suzy holds a Masters Degree in Clinical-Counseling Psychology
from Illinois State University and resides in Southwest Michigan
with her husband and three children.
