internal obstacles to leading effectively.


He is the co-host of the “Getting Unstuck – Educators Leading
Change,” podcast that focuses on changes in education: who is
leading them and why; what they're trying to accomplish; and what
obstacles they're encountering and overcoming.


He is the co-author of Shifting: How Educational Leaders Can
Create a Culture of Change, which focuses on helping education
leaders and their teams lead sustained changes that lead to
desired outcomes and impact.





Together we take the journey of the first square of emotional
