His books BEING HUMAN and the little book of HUMAN have
challenged the way Managers and Organisations view the value of
the 100- year old Management system and has sparked a more Human
approach across the globe.
Mark has developed and refined his “Human Manager” model over a

Mark has an innate ability to both speak and seek the truth,
provoke humans to step into their own reality and skillfully
combines practicality and simplicity with textbook theory.
In this episode we explore the experiences of bullying from both
sides of the equation - the bully and the bullied. We discuss the
emotional states recognized that we find ourselves in, our
personal responsibility to lean into the discomfort of these
situations and speak our truth, challenging the system that
allows (aka tolerates) this kind of behaviour to continue, and
how each of us has the power within to challenge that system for
real change.
