The one and only Lolita San Miguel is with us today who in 1958
met and began her studies with Joseph Pilates. In describing the
impact the Pilates method has had on her life, Lolita says, “It
was the beginning of a romance,” and 60+ years later, her love is
just as strong, if not more so. Lolita shares what it was like to
learn from Mr. Pilates, her experiences as a professional dancer,
choreographer and artistic director and her own Pilates programs:
