We are so lucky to have with us today, Lolita San Miguel. Known
in the Pilates community as one of our Pilates elders, Lolita has
been practicing the Pilates method for sixty-two years and
teaching for over fifty-four. There is so much to Lolita’s story
from an illustrious ballet career, meeting and learning from
Jospeh Pilates to her own Pilates programs that she imparts to
students across the globe. Lolita shares stories and thoughts
about Joe and his method.
