Zillow picks the top real estate markets for 2018

I don't think they got the top real estate markets for 2018 right -
lets talk about it.

When it comes to good data for investors, it is hard to argue
with a big operation like Zillow coming out with the top
real estate markets for 2018. Well, we do things a bit
different around here and for my money, Zillow has not got it
completely right. Well, at least not right for investors. Of
course, this is not the first time I have had an issue with
Zillows predictions. If I recall correctly, I had similar issues
with their top 10 list for 2017. This year, we will review what
they have to say and see if we can't tweak the list to work a
little better for investors. We are also going to check in with
the latest market data for Sacramento, CA and get the latest news
on automated driving. Automated driving is going to change the
world, and as investors, we need to understand it so we can be
