inventory to rise. It is not about facilitating more
buyers, but sellers selling and builders building. Sadly, while it
remains the most important thing right now, it is also the one
thing that is doing the worse across the nation. Combine that with
the repatriation of potentially trillions of dollars into the US
economy - a good thing - and the idea that this will create more
jobs and make more buyers, you can start to see why things are
