More Housing Inventory Info!

Some new housing inventory numbers in from Sacramento!

We have seen a big turn around in the housing
inventory numbers in Sacramento. No big change in the
days on market numbers or anything that would show us that the
market has truly turned, but it is an interesting change for that
market. I also want to take a quick glance at the international
market in the UK since in the last downturn, we did see some
parallel events - and what is happening there might just be a
reason for us to worry.         HELP
