There are plenty of folks achieving great results by selling on
Amazon. Maybe that is the way to fund your first real estate deal.

Welcome to todays show folks. I want to try and address a
question that I get all the time from all kinds of buyers. Where
can I get the money to get started in real estate? One solution
is the "Side Hustle". This is something you do in addition to
your regular job that is designed to make you extra money. This
can help buyers get that down payment or investors get enough
capital to make that first investment. I was chatting with a
listener who brought up the idea of selling on Amazon to build up
enough money to get a real estate investing strategy going. It
sounded like an interest option, so I took a look. After a whole
lot of youtube watching, I think I can say that there is enough
free information out there to make a good effort at making this
work for you. Some of the options actually involve little money
to get going.  In todays show, I will give a run down of
what I have learned so far and offer suggestions on what kind of

source of info.

Flipping Profits - YouTube channel with lots of hands on info
for folks who want to do Retail Arbitrage.

FBA Couple - They have trainings to sell, but you will still
get great nuggets from their videos for free.

Bill Stenzel - High school teacher with an FBA attitude and
... well... hair. He does have a training to sell but lets loose
with plenty of useful and actionable info in just about every
video. He actually teaches these things to high school students
who then end up making decent side hustle cash on Amazon!
