Well, maybe not JUST ranting, but I really needed it.

It was one of those days where I wanted to get into starting our
discussion about how to move forward with a good review of the
year and setting goals for the coming year. What can I say, I
digressed. I have been really poking around for multi unit
properties lately and I was stunned by the incompetence I found.
