Home inventory is ramping up at a pace that I don't think anyone
could have imagined just a few weeks ago.

In addition, despite recent news that home starts have dropped,
we will still see a solid increase in home completions in 2022. I
think that spells potential opportunity for buyers and investors
and possibly a warning to home owners.
