The California Exodus

California has lost hundreds of thousands of residents. Tax
revenues are down. Higher income earners are increasingly leaving
the state. Those losses accumulate and have increased every year
since at least 2017. Today we will run down the problem, how we
got here and how the state government is completely botching the
way forward to not just stop this gushing loss of population, but
how to reverse the trend and start to attract business and people
back to the golden state.
