33: Lacey Tisch + Lauren Zucker, Co-Founders, Sage + Sound: Building a Wellness Sanctuary in NYC & Curating Spiritual + Self-Care Practices

In the midst of their own healing and self-care journeys, Lauren
and Lacey found each other and a shared desire for creating a
space for community and calmness in a city (and society) that so
naturally leans towards chaos. After years of sourcing experts
practitioners, ideating the perfect modern-yet-welcoming
aesthetic, and curating an offering of best-in-market products,
Sage + Sound was born. The space offers tried-and-true self-care
rituals like manicures and facials but also allows client to dive
deeper into the realm of wellness, too––cue astrology workshops,
energy healing, sound baths, and more. So, you may not have to
book that trip to Bali after all––a ride on the Q train up to the
Upper East Side may scratch your spiritual itch; plus, they have
a slew of online offerings for those who aren’t in New York
City.
