The End of Sauti Sol

Sauti Sol surprised fans by announcing that after their next
album and tour, they are going on an indefinite hiatus. For some
of us in the industry this didn't really come as a surprise, they
haven't been watering the Sauti Sol brand much since 2020. What
does that tell you? Let me give you a breakdown of why this is
the end for Sauti Sol.


Part of their statement read:


"We are excited to announce that Sauti Sol, Africa’s sensational
musical powerhouse, will embark on an exhilarating tour stopping
in 5 cities across the U.S, followed by 10 stops in Europe and 4
stops in Canada before taking an indefinite hiatus. This tour is
a celebration of their remarkable journey, filled with excitement
for the future, and a testament to the enduring bond of
friendship and partnership built over 20 years in the industry."
