TTTO INVESTIGATES A RESTAURANT'S "HEALTH AND WELLNESS" CHARGE ON A FOOD BILL & OTHER EXCESSIVE CHARGES LIKE AUTO-GRATUITY

I recently saw a post about a customer who went to a restaurant in
Minnesota noting the questionable "Health and Wellness"
charge.  I called the restaurant to find out why there were
charging this rate and I'm certain you can guess how they justified
it.  We also find out what a "Frickle" is and discuss my
recent experience at Rock N Brews at LAX where Gene and Paul are
tossing in a 20% tip on overpriced beers!

there was no criminal or tortious intent. Unauthorized
recording in violation of this law can lead to jail time,
