Episode 14 of LRSM.  The first appearance of the Scorpion.
Dr. Farley Stillwell turns Mac Gargan into the Scorpion at the
request of J. Jonah Jameson.  Things go bad quickly and J.
Jonah actually cheers FOR Spider-man!  In issue 21, the
Beetle kidnaps the Human Torch's girlfriend and Spider-Man tries
to rescue her, as the torch ignores her cries for help. 
Will this be the final time we need Johnny Storm from the
Fantastic Four to boost Spider-Man sales for a while?
