The Amazing Spider-Man 53-54 : Enter: Dr. Octopus | The Tentacles and the Trap!

Episode 33 of LRSM discusses Dr. Octopus returning to steal a
powerful device known as "The Nullifier". He sets a trap for
Spider-Man and believes he has killed him.  In issue 54 The
Tentacles and the Trap! Doctor Octopus becomes a boarder at Aunt
May's house. Spider-Man battles him, but Aunt May suffers a heart
attack.  The first two issues of a 4-issue run against Doc
