The Amazing Spider-Man 55-56 : Doc Ock Wins! | Disaster!

Episode 34 of LRSM features Steve "Eddie" Ditko and John "James
B" Romita discussing how Doctor Octopus steals the Nullifier and
uses it on Spider-Man, causing him to forget who he is. 
Later, having lost his memory, Spider-Man helps Doctor 
Octopus and John Jameson repays a debt to Spider-Man.  These
issues feature the first appearance of Retried Police Captain
George Stacy who handles a phone call from his worried daughter,
Gwen.  James B adds even more royalty free sound effects to
the podcast.  Eddie plays a game about what occurred in
