Spidey declares he’s bored while he reads a political billboard
for Richard Raleigh who's running for Mayor! Thankfully, a 10ft
super fast giant illistically named “Smasher” crashes through the
billboard! Spidey briefly tangles with the titan but must save
two billboard workers and loses the villain. At the Bugle JJJ is
reiterating to Joe Robbie that he doesn’t need his political
opinions.

(11:42) The Amazing Spider-Man 117 "The Deadly Designs of the
Disruptor"


Peter Parker manages to stop the roof collapsing at a charity
fundraiser for Richard Raleigh until the people slip away.
Following the event, Reed Richards look-a- like Raleigh plays up
his tough on crime stance and vows to catch whoever was
responsible.
