Deutschlands 1945 damit, der Bevölkerung Demokratie zu lehren. In
der Überzeugung, dass eine demokratische Staatsform vom Bürger
getragen werden muss. Denn Demokratie muss, im Gegensatz zu allen
anderen politischen Systemen, von jedem Einzelnen aktiv erlernt,
begriffen und unterstützt werden. Christoph Burgmer's report on

1945. In the conviction that a democratic form of government must
be supported by the citizens. For democracy, unlike all other
political systems, must be actively learnt, understood and
supported by each individual in order to exist.
