Time - Metronome - Drumometer

'time awareness', Peter Erskine's brilliant book about collective
time awareness. I talk about different ways to practice with the
metronome. Make it a tool to serve, no something you have to be a
slave too. I also touch on my time using the drumometer for 'time'
