Cambridge, Oxford, UCL, and other leading institutions for more
than a decade, and his essays have appeared in many places, from
the Lancet and the London Review of Books to Strange Attractor
and the Natural Death Handbook. His books include Medical London,
a BBC Radio 4 Book of the Week, international bestseller The Sick
Rose, and the widely-praised book-length poem Wherever We Are
When We Come To The End.
