episode of this new podcast series, Dr Michael Mosley uncovers
the science behind a different way you can harness the power of
the cold, alongside the very latest research and atmospheric
sound design.
In this episode, Michael goes for a jog on a chilly day, and
finds out how exercising in colder weather can allow you to go
further than on a hot day, enabling you to work harder, for
longer, with less effort.
