Oz is the CEO and Founder of CybSafe a behavioural science and
data analytics company that builds software to better manage
human risk. He's also a former UK Special Forces Lieutenant
Colonel and was awarded an MBE in 2010 for his personal
leadership in extreme conflict environments.


Oz explains the reality of today's cyber security issues and
breaks down what Cybsafe does for clients like HSBC, Barclays,
Great Suisse and Premiere League Football to help them minimise
risk and avoid security breaches. He also gives advice on what
businesses can do to self-manage their data security.
