Ep #126 - Kevin Derek - More than Miyagi!

I really enjoyed chatting on Legends with Bevo to Kevin Derek,
Director of More Than Miyagi: The Pat Morita Story.  


The documentary talks about the tough life that Pat led and Kevin
went into more detail about this during our chat and how Pat's
difficult childhood ultimately lead to alcoholism.  


We also discussed what made Pat's character Mr Miyagi so iconic
in The Karate Kid and his roles on Mash and Happy Days.
  Kevin and I also spoke about the success of the
Netflix series Cobra Kai Kevin's journey so far, how the film
industry has been affected by Covid -19 and the idea behind the
documentary.
