Ep #132 - Declan Dwyer - Inspirational fire-fighter!

It was a huge buzz chatting recently on Legends with Bevo to SA
Metropolitan Fire Service and SA Country Fire Service volunteer,
Declan Dwyer.  


Declan gave an enthralling yet at times confronting rundown of
the experience of being in the fire brigade and what it was like
to be on the frontline for the Cudlee Creek and Kangaroo Island
fires in 2019/2020 and the recent Cherry Gardens and Bolivar
fires as well.  


He also praised the amazing work of the CFS in all of the major
fires and why he loves to volunteer with them.  


We also discussed Declan's other love which is being a rally car
driver and how he's involved in promoting the Road Awareness
Program (RAP) which is all about encouraging teenage drivers to
race on the race track and not on the roads.
