Anti-fascist found guilty of affray II Peir Moro talks about his
recent court case resulting from his suffering an assault at the
hands of fascists on the night of a demonstration against
Milo Yiannopoulos on December 4, 2017 at the foot of the Kensington
flats. Shockingly Pier from found guilty of affray, assault
(2) and rioting with his defense of self defence not accepted. He
was fined $2,000 without conviction. This seems to reflect
the current government's widing the definition of crimes such
as affray. They have given direction to Magistrates and Judges to be
stricter in their interpretations. This means Pier could be found
not guilty of assault, but still found guilty of affray by being
part of a melee and/or by my actions 'frightening' people. If people
would like to support Pier, and other activists in similar
circumstances, you can make a donation to either the:Solidarity and
